AWC Oslo provides Club members with a Neighborhood Contact to assist them with "life" in their immediate neighborhood. Sometimes its just reassuring to know there is a fellow American in your area in case of an emergency - whether it's a child in need of legevakt (emergency doctor) or a mom in need of a cup of coffee with a friend.
