Håkon Lie, one of the crewmembers on the first leg of the Kon-Tiki2 Expedition, will tell us about his extraordinary adventure.
Learn how 44 balsa trees were made into rafts, how two teams on two rafts, using guara centerboards and sails traveled from South America to Polynesia. What the modern-day equipment and sophisticated satellite communications aboard the rafts were used for.
