American's in Motion (AIM) is hosting Zumba at Basic gym near Røa. All are welcome, but space is limited so register early. The 1.5 hour class is free for members and 100 nok for non-members. Led by Zumba instructor, Alicia Partee, Marija Jonsson and other guests instructors, the class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Ditch the work out and join us for Zumba!!!
Please wear clean, indoor gym shoes. Shoes should not have too much thread.
