When is the AWC library open?

The AWC's English-language library is open twice a month: once before and after the monthly member meeting, then again for a few hours on another day of the month.  This allows members who might not have been able to attend the meeting to utilize the library collection as well.

At the monthly member meetings, the library opens when the doors open, 30 minutes before the official start of the meeting.  It remains open after the meeting until all the members are finished browsing and borrowing materials.

The librarian also opens the library another day during the month, typically the fourth Tuesday of the month.   The hours are usually from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.  However, it is important that if you plan to visit the library during the open hours that you confirm the date and times in the Fjord Flyer and on the website as these dates and times are subject to change.
