What does the American Women's Club do?

The American Women's Club of Oslo is a nonprofit organization, whose members participate in social and philanthropic activities.  The club provides an opportunity for American women to connect, network, and socialize while living in Oslo.

Members of the club attend monthly member meetings, as well as additional activities as chosen by the membership.  Within the club are several special interest groups for those members who enjoy a particular hobby or share a particular interest; these special interest groups also arrange their own events, which are typically once a month.

Generally, members determine their own level of involvement in the club as their schedule and interests permit.  Like anything, you get out of it what you put into it, so we try to ensure that all our members are active and welcome.
