"It's the most wonderful time of the year" and once again time to gather in Hanson Hall to celebrate a beloved tradition - the annual cookie exchange! We will spend the evening sampling cookies, caroling, and socializing together.
Please bring a plate of your favorite holiday cookie for our cookie extravaganza! Many of our members have allergies, so it would be helpful if you label your cookies with ingredients. You are bound to have requests for the recipe, so please bring some copies! At the end of the evening, you can refill your plate or cookie tin with a sampling of the remaining cookies to take home with you.
True to tradition, there will also be a chance to do some Christmas shopping! All members are invited to have a vendor table, and 10% of vendor sales go to benefit the Oslo Crisis Center and the AWC Scholarship.
We also have a special opportunity to donate to the Oslo Crisis Center -- by giving a donation at the meeting you are able to select a handmade origami ornament (made by two of our incredible members!) to place on a Christmas tree. This tree, along with our donations will be gifted the Oslo Crisis Center.
Masks are currently recommended in Oslo when it is not possible to maintain adequate distance (1 meter). Chairs will be spaced around table to maintain this distance, and gloves will be provided for selecting cookies.
