The aperitif will be a fruit cider from raspberries. We'll then have three apple ciders: Two are pure apple made with different apples and from different regions. One is with black currant. For these, we'll be moving from light to heavy in terms of the food they're best with. We'll round out with the ice cider.
Members will be asked to bring a brunch dish to share: think either American brunch or 17 mai frokost!
