There are several special roles in the Club, varying in level of responsibility. The leadership of the Club is managed by the Club's officers, the Board. The Board is consists of the following positions:

Membership Coordinator
Activities Coordinator
FAWCO Representative
The Board may occasionally confer with the Advisory Council. This group is to assist in preserving continuity in the Club, where replacement members are appointed by the Council itself, and usually are long-time members of the Club who have Board experience.
Various Board positions also have assistants or oversee committees pertaining to their position and its tasks. For example, the Nametag Coordinator reports to the Membership Coordinator.
